 Since October 8, date of the acknowledgment of reception of my first letter, you have to consider the hypothesis of the previous years. Failing to do so, you divert the inquiry and try to minimize facts. If necessary, a judicial inquiry will restore them.

2. Did you witness any abnormal behavior towards the other grape pickers?

3. Did you attend scenes in which someone was knocked over against their will into the grapes on the sorting tables or into the trucks ? Yes
Same remark : if the Vineyard Manager and the foremen have been questioned, they should have said that sometimes the victims were fetched in the vines, and dragged to the truck where they were violently thrown in, then some of their clothes were taken off, they were threatened to be "striped off", and grapes were crushed on their face and elsewhere. Or the Director would not have taken into account my registered letters ? And / or Mr Director, did you really oversee the person who drew up this questionnaire?
If the conclusions of this questionnaire do not state the facts I incriminated, it would involve the penal liability of those in charge, for complicity of violence and\or no-denunciation of violence, attempt to hide the truth and obstruction to justice.

 It would be quite surprising that those who indulge in damage commit them in public : the steering of my scooter was bended the last day, quite by chance... As for the cycle punctured last year, it occurred as accidentally the same day than the thefts in cars.

8. In which manner do you think that some of the employees of the estate behaved towards the seasonal grape pickers :

Always accommodating. Throughout the harvest, the only criticism one can make is that he did not want to intervene against the tractor drivers, in order to protect their working community, and also, probably, because the person having authority for this was rather the Vineyard Manager.
