Dear Sir

You wrote to me - 13th Oct. 99 - "We shall not miss to keep you posted", and up to now you did not begin to honor your word.

Consequently, I ask you to let me know about :
· the results of the intern inquiry you have conducted (violence + covering up)
· the results of the questionnaire sent to the grape pickers
· conclusions to be drawn, taking into account that questions tended to minimize facts (cf. 1st question, etc.), that no question is put to get detailed statements from the victims, and that evidence given comes from potential employees under the constraints of hiring and of possible reprisals at work.

On the other hand, because you did not answer me about the address to which you wish to receive my letters, you will receive them at the same time by way of letter, fax and e-mail.

Finally, as I informed you that "I hold a certain number of concordant signs and verifiable details at your disposal", but if you don't show any intention to know elements likely to help to find out the truth, you would take the risk that these facts be disclosed publicly, that the reputation of the Castle be affected, and that your liability be engaged if we had to wait to be in a Court precinct in order to know the truth.

Please note that I left you time to show sign of life, so if I don't receive your answer within a suitable delay (let us say a fortnight), I shall not break my word to sue.

Wishing for all a better year 2000 than the previous one, yours faithfully.
